The inventory was strongly supported by all departments. The heads of all subordinate departments participated in the discussion of the startup plan and were present to coordinate the work during the inventory. Under the condition that the warehouse is short of staff and the receipt and delivery needs to be carried out normally, the business, technical, procurement and workshop personnel are transferred to participate in the inventory. A total of 37 people were put into the inventory, and 30 people participated in the inventory on the peak day.
